Join 30BARACK volunteers and TreePeople Forestry Manager Pam Gibson at Stetson Ranch Park for some much needed reforestation! Some volunteers will be planting thirty trees in a continuing effort to restore the park after the devastating fires that destroyed over 400 trees there in 2008. Other volunteers will be providing much-needed care for vulnerable recently-planted baby trees by mulching, pruning and watering them. This event is also part of the Million Trees LA initiative (http://www.milliontreesla.org/).

This beautiful location in the Angeles National Forest is just 20 miles from Hollywood, and there is a great deal of work to be done. No experience necessary and all ages welcome. TreePeople provides all tools and training!

Bring sunscreen, a hat and water. You are guaranteed to have fun in the sun and leave feeling gratified at a job well done.
